PROQUINORTE SA is a company dedicated to the marketing of laboratory equipment and consumables. In this environment, management understands that continuous improvement in quality, environmental prevention, and the preservation of occupational health and safety are priority objectives for achieving stakeholder satisfaction, improving competitiveness, and achieving greater market growth and customer loyalty. More specifically, PROQUINORTE SA is considering a comprehensive management system that guides the company toward continuous improvement in its daily work and environmental performance, eliminating hazards and reducing risks to OSH, while also complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, other requirements, and other specific commitments relevant to our context.
PROQUINORTE SA's stakeholders are assured of a reliable response from the first contact until receipt of the ordered products, with the assurance of receiving them with the required quality based on their needs, requirements, and expectations, at a reasonable cost and within the agreed timeframes, with the lowest possible environmental impact and providing safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work-related injuries and health impairments.
The objective of our company's policy is to consolidate this reality, always improving our products and meeting the requirements of our stakeholders. To this end, by promoting the use of a process approach and risk-based thinking, we periodically conduct a complete review of our Integrated Management System, the established objectives, the results obtained, and future forecasts, with appropriate monitoring to control the degree of achievement of these objectives. All of the above can only be achieved with the full responsibility and ongoing training of each member of the company, starting with the Management based on their decisions in this regard, taking into account the commitment to consultation and participation of workers and worker representatives.
