Since the end of 2022, we have established the Equality Committee, whose main objective is to carry out the diagnosis and design of our Equality Plan. In this important task, THE COMPANY's management and our employees' representatives have shared the same enthusiasm and interest.

We approach the Equality Plan as a modernization of our business management system.
